It IS What Fun Is
In my life I've had some kick A summer jobs. I thought that was way in the past. I thought nothing could beat Camp Hunt, Eagle Mountain Golf Course or Pier 49 pizza. And then along came the summer job of all summer jobs. That's right folks...Lagoon. I work in the Bakery along with my Father-in-Law Dave for eleven days in order to get discount passes to give to my family. We are called School Days Moms. Let me just tell you dreams do come true in your thirties...you just gotta keep dreamin. keep on dreamin.

And What A Blessing

On Saturday this last week we got to go to some festivities for Carl's graduation in Logan. We love visiting that place, it brings back good memories. Congrats Carl.
Then Reed, Randy and I got to play together in an outdoor soccer game. I haven't played outdoor forever, but it was really fun to play with Randy and Reed and the weather was perfect. Sunday we blessed Cactus. Wes even called him the right name throughout the blessing. It was fun to have everyone over and to feel all of the love and support our little family has-
thanks everyone!

My favorite thing to do these days is play with the kids in bed as long as they will let me.
I just like his expression on this one.

On A Happier Note

Thanks to everyone for the love and tears, I was actually shocked by how many people cried over Forrest, yes, he is the best dog ever, but if that many people are sorry when I die I will be happy, still dead, but happy.

We are blessing Cactus on Sunday so I have been trying to get everything ready to have fun guests. I love family parties so much!

Here are some photos. We got to go to St. George for a quick get-a-way with Ashlee and Max. Ashlee and I discovered it's not really a get-a-way when you take your kids and leave your husbands ha ha! It was still nice to have some sun on my face and I had a really really good time. Cactus was an angel until the drive home and even then he really wasn't too bad. He just has one volume when he cries and that is LOUD! He is looking handsome soaking up the rays at the park.
I realized the last pictures I posted of him he had baby acne so bad. That has been long gone and I will soon post a video of his dad making him giggle...it is kinda funny.

This is Jane preying on the sweetness of little Max at the splash park. She is throwing a fit and of course I am used to it and am ignoring her. But poor Max thinks she is so sad...can you see it in her eyes? She is totally loving this. Fake waaaaa.
